I highly recommend Jana’s healing ceremonies as digital recordings. As with Jana's live ceremonies - of which I've attended many - I felt immediate shifts in my energy during the recorded ceremonial journeys. The space Jana holds during these events has a lot to do with their power across time. From the start of the ceremonies, you can feel the sacred ritualized space she has created for us - whether you experience them recorded or live. Possibly like other people who are new to her recorded journeys and ceremonies, I didn't know what to expect. Coming out of the first recording, I recognized the energy shifts and healing right away. I noticed even more of the healing effects for a couple days after as the shifts integrated. I didn't really understand quantum time until I experienced Jana's recorded journeys firsthand.
