Jana works with genuine loving kindness, which creates the space for you to feel safe and held in your journey, wherever you are at. Before I worked with Jana, I was suffering from a lack of trust in myself and my intuition. In truth it has been a lifelong struggle of lacking in self-worth, self-trust and living in a constant state of survival mode and crippling perfectionism. With Jana’s empowering guidance and connection to the divine feminine, by the end of my Mentorship, I was standing proud with a confidence I have never felt before.

The work with her was truly transformational through her mentoring, along with the integration of the flower essences. Flower essences were new to me and what an incredible impact they have! My life has transformed tremendously since working with Jana in many different arenas. While journeying through this mentorship, my relationship with myself and others definitely began to shift for the better, especially my relationship with my daughter.
